Jordan Davis is a strategic people leader with nearly 20 years of experience translating organizational goals into equity-centered people strategy. She has built and implemented systems across the talent lifecycle—including hiring, performance, compensation, and leadership development—that align values with results.
Her work spans advising executives, leading organizational change, and building the infrastructure for inclusive, high-performing teams. Whether launching leadership pipelines, overhauling people operations, or driving measurable gains in diversity, Jordan’s approach is rooted in research, shaped by experience, and designed for long-term impact.
Shannon Stockdale
Shannon Stockdale is a visionary leader with nearly 20 years of experience building people strategies that scale. With deep expertise in organizational development and equity-centered talent strategy, Shannon has led transformational change across professional services firms, national nonprofits, and public education systems.
She has deep experience in designing performance management systems, building leadership development programs, crafting strategic org design, and centering equity in critical people processes like recruitment and compensation, and her work has impacted thousands of employees and leaders. A former Chief Operations and People Officer with roots in management consulting, Shannon brings a rare blend of systems thinking, operational insight, and people-first strategy to every engagement.
Teresa Velez
Teresa Velez is a talent strategy and leadership development expert with over 15 years of experience building inclusive, high-impact people systems. She has led the design and implementation of manager and executive development programs, built performance and succession planning systems, and embedded equity into talent acquisition and leadership pipelines.
Her work has supported national networks, federal institutions, and mission-driven organizations, with a focus on aligning talent strategy to organizational goals. Teresa brings a sharp equity lens and deep systems thinking to every engagement—helping organizations grow their leaders, strengthen their culture, and deliver on their mission.
